Join Blake for a series of transformational movement lessons to change pain/imbalance, and improve overall athletics/functioning. These classes produce results, and are most productive when attended regularly. The Anat Baniel Method is a remarkable approach to movement, learning and change. It is developed from the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. The Method is based on the sound principles of physics, neurology, physiology and the martial arts. Emphasizing the conditions under which the nervous system learns best, the Method improves posture, flexibility, and coordination. The Anat Baniel Method helps those with restricted movement, chronic pain, tension and other common problems, as well as neurological and developmental difficulties.

Emily creates an environment that educates, supports, and challenges pregnant women. She brings awareness to the importance of the mind-body connection through asana practice, breath work, and meditation. You will also engage in discussions about birth education that assist women in feeling supported and prepared for the amazing journey of motherhood. Prenatal Yoga is recommended for expecting mothers after the 13th week of pregnancy.

Yoga is a great noncompetitive movement practice anyone can learn! Improve your focus, release stress and learn to stretch your mind and body with ease. Each session will feature a variety of activities. Class will begin with active yoga practice, followed by creative visioning/crafts, hooping, organic food prep, nature activities & music. Each session concludes with restorative yoga. Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch with ease. Mats and blankets will be provided or you may bring one of your own. Regardless of the type of yoga or healing practices we follow, we are all ultimately sonic yogis, transforming ourselves through vibrations, sound & energy. As we practice our frequency aligns with the primal sound current that creates all spirit/nature, energy/matter, & soul/body. Reiki & gong therapies naturally complement each other by creating an extended state of spontaneous meditation & therapeutic relaxation that facilitates the movement of vital energy through the body, deepening states of healing & transformation. This practice is experienced in reclined positions, but chairs are also available. Please do not eat a large meal 2-3 hours previous. Dress in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
