Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique that helps You relax consciously. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation. While in this receptive state of awareness produced by the Yoga Nidra practice, the sound & vibration of the gong is used to create an extended state of spontaneous meditation….. it is wonderfully relaxing, balancing & rejuvenating! Do not eat a large meal 2-3 hours prior. Wear comfortable clothing. Traditionally this practice is experienced in a reclined position but chairs are also available.
